Latest Food Prices in Bali: Oil Up, Rice Down

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (23/10/2024) at 13.06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, garlic bulbs, skipjack tuna, bulk wheat flour, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as SPHP rice, fine iodized salt, red chilies, mackerel, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk cooking oil saw the highest price increase of Rp190 (1.16%) to Rp16,540 per liter. Mackerel experienced the sharpest price drop of Rp1,440 (3.91%) to Rp35,360 per kg.
