Food Prices Friday (5/9) Lampung Region: Red Chili Up, Oil Down

Prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Referring to the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (5/9/2025) at 13:56 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include consumption sugar, premium rice, large red chili, Minyakita cooking oil, and red onion.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, bulk wheat flour, SPHP rice, broiler chicken meat, and consumption salt decreased compared to yesterday''s prices.

Large red chili commodity saw the highest increase of Rp5,933 (17.42%) to Rp40,000 per kg. The price of corn at the farmer level experienced the sharpest decrease of Rp117 (1.93%) to Rp5,933 per kg.

9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp29,615 per kg (down 0.75%)
