Today's Food Price List in Central Java: Salt and Rice Prices Increase (Sunday, February 25, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (25/2/2024) at 10:09 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, premium rice, fine iodized salt, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, garlic bulbs, broiler chicken, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,090 (10.99%) to Rp11,010 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease of Rp4,680 (6.33%) to Rp69,220 per kg.

7. Milkfish: Rp34,410 per kg (up 1.83%)
