Latest West Java Food Prices: What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (23/6/2024) at 11.01 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 16 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are garlic bulbs, granulated sugar, SPHP rice, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as wheat flour (bulk), broiler chicken, shallots, simple packaged cooking oil, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,530 (2.82%) to Rp55,840 per kg. Milkfish showed the sharpest price decrease of Rp1,110 (2.98%) to Rp36,130 per kg.
