Jakarta, DKI Jakarta Food Price List Today: Chili and Rice Prices Down (Friday, December 8, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Friday (8/12/2023) at 10:13 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, broiler chicken, bulk cooking oil, bulk wheat flour, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, skipjack tuna, premium rice, granulated sugar, and fine iodized salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour experienced the highest price increase of Rp790 (7.78%), reaching Rp10,950 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili peppers saw the largest price decrease of Rp57,600 (54.59%), reaching Rp47,910 per kg.
