Central Java Food Price List Today: Egg, Beef, and Chicken Prices Increase (Friday, February 9, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (9/2/2024) at 10:05 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 15 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, simple packaged cooking oil, red chilies, mackerel, and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, farmer-level corn, curly red chilies, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp2,050 (5.44%) to Rp39,740 per kg. Farmer-level corn experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp330 (4.42%) to Rp7,130 per kg.
