Complete List of Food Prices in East Java Today, What's the Price of Chili Peppers? (Wednesday, April 17, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in East Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (17/4/2024) at 19.36 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include shallots, dry soybean (import), simple packaged cooking oil, iodized fine salt, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, skipjack tuna, mackerel, farmer-level corn, and bulk cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt saw the highest price increase of Rp310 (3.47%) to Rp9,240 per kg. Red chili peppers saw the lowest price decrease of Rp730 (2.53%) to Rp28,160 per kg.
