Lampung Food Prices Thursday (26/9): Rice Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (26/9/2024) at 12.07 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, farmer-level corn, SPHP rice, bulk cooking oil, and Indian mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, broiler chicken, red chilies, dry soybean (import), and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

SPHP rice prices surged the highest by Rp200 (1.64%) to Rp12,400 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili prices fell the most sharply by Rp1,110 (2.68%) to Rp40,270 per kg.

7. Milkfish: Rp26,810 per kg (down 2.05%)
8. Broiler Chicken Eggs: Rp26,600 per kg (down 1.19%)
9. Red Chili (Keriting): Rp24,480 per kg (down 2.28%)
