Lampung Food Prices Wednesday (November 6th): Onion Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Wednesday (6/11/2024) at 11.07 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, bulk wheat flour, simple packaged cooking oil, garlic bulbs, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as premium rice, chicken eggs, red chilies, pure beef, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest at Rp1,460 (5.48%) to Rp28,080 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of farmer-level corn decreased the most at Rp230 (4.81%) to Rp4,550 per kg.
