Today's Food Prices in Lampung Region: Rice Up, Chicken Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be lower than yesterday's.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Tuesday (1/10/2024) at 12.07 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, bulk cooking oil, chicken eggs, simple packaged cooking oil, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, garlic bulbs, broiler chicken, premium rice, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish increased the most by Rp1,010 (3.69%) to Rp28,370 per kg. The price of broiler chicken decreased the most sharply by Rp570 (1.64%) to Rp34,090 per kg.
