Latest Food Prices in North Kalimantan: Onions Up, Eggs Down (Saturday, January 20, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in North Kalimantan today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Saturday (20/1/2024) at 10:43 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are curly red chilies, mackerel, broiler chicken, bulk cooking oil, and shallots.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, skipjack tuna, chicken eggs, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel prices surged the highest at Rp2,130 (6.58%) to Rp34,510 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of chicken eggs decreased the most at Rp2,680 (7.65%) to Rp32,370 per kg.
