Latest Food Prices in Lampung Region: Prices of Chilies, Onions, and Chicken Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Thursday (22/8/2024) at 14:49 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 9 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, bulk cooking oil, simple packaged cooking oil, iodized fine salt, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, dry soybeans (import), skipjack tuna, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and mackerel have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of curly red chilies increased the most, by Rp1,590 (3.93%) to Rp42,070 per kg. The price of shallots decreased the most, by Rp520 (2.58%) to Rp19,630 per kg.
