Jakarta, DKI Region Food Prices, Monday (November 11th): Chili Prices Rise, Salt Prices Fall

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (11/11/2024) at 17:52 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 10 commodities increased in price and 7 decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include granulated sugar, broiler chicken, chicken eggs, red chilies, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, medium rice, simple packaged cooking oil, and Indian mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, up Rp2,520 (8.51%) to Rp32,140 per kg. Indian mackerel experienced the largest price decrease, down Rp1,880 (5.16%) to Rp34,570 per kg.
