Today's Food Prices (06/2) in Banten: Red Chili and Garlic Prices Rise

Several food commodity prices in Banten today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Friday (February 6, 2026) at 15:46 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 4 increased and 2 decreased.

Commodities with price increases are large red chilies, shallots, curly red chilies, and red bird's eye chilies.

Meanwhile, prices of some commodities such as broiler chicken eggs and medium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chili prices jumped the highest by Rp2,000 (2.58%) to Rp79,667 per kg. Meanwhile, broiler chicken egg prices dropped the most by Rp133 (0.47%) to Rp28,400 per kg.
