The daily price of premium quality granulated sugar in modern markets in Riau Province has remained unchanged for the past month.

Based on the National Strategic Food Price Information Center dashboard at 17:23 WIB, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in Riau Province's modern markets showed no change compared to the previous day, mirroring the trend of the past week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in modern markets remained unchanged at Rp19,550 per kg.

Over the past three months, the daily price of premium granulated sugar in Riau's modern markets has increased by 0.26% from the previous price of Rp19,500 per kg.

The highest price increase for premium granulated sugar in the province's modern markets was recorded in August 2021, at 40.56%, while the lowest decrease was recorded in December 2017, at -29.78%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, three basic commodities (sembako) in Riau saw price decreases today, while ten others saw increases. The commodities with price decreases were red chili peppers, medium-sized shallots, and garlic.
