Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Chili Prices Up, Salt Prices Down (Sunday, March 10, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (10/3/2024) at 12:14 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include bulk cooking oil, red chilies, mackerel, garlic bulbs, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, pure beef, skipjack tuna, iodized fine salt, and simple packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp4,850 (5.85%) to Rp87,790 per kg. Milkfish experienced the lowest price decrease, falling Rp12,870 (31.71%) to Rp27,720 per kg.
