Lampung Region's Latest Food Prices: Cooking Oil Up, Chilies Down (Sunday, March 3, 2024)

The price of several food commodities in Lampung today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (3/3/2024) at 12:28 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include medium-grain rice, chicken eggs, fine iodized salt, milkfish, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken meat, garlic bulbs, dry soybean (import), pure beef, and granulated sugar decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices surged the highest by Rp440 (1.57%) to Rp28,490 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of curly red chilies decreased the most by Rp1,660 (2.14%) to Rp75,810 per kg.

8. Chicken Eggs: Rp30,100 per kg (up 0.03%)
9. Milkfish: Rp28,490 per kg (up 1.57%)
