Latest Food Prices in West Java: Rice, Buffalo Meat, and Salt Prices Drop

Prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (17/11/2025) at 08:44 AM WIB, out of 24 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 16 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices are red cayenne pepper, premium rice, broiler eggs, broiler chicken meat, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as milkfish, packaged wheat flour, frozen buffalo meat (imported from abroad), dry soybean seeds (imported), and packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulk wheat flour increased the most by Rp212 (2.25%) to Rp9,625 per kg. The price of frozen buffalo meat (imported from abroad) dropped most sharply by Rp105,000 (100.0%) to Rp0 per kg.
