Lampung Region Food Prices Friday (December 20th): Chili Prices Up, Egg Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in Lampung today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (20/12/2024) at 12:19 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged simple cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, pure beef, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and Indian mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, SPHP rice, fine iodized salt, skipjack tuna, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp2,390 (6.56%) to Rp38,830 per kg. The price of milkfish decreased the most sharply, by Rp770 (2.74%) to Rp27,330 per kg.
