Aceh Region's Latest Food Prices: Chicken Price Up, Onion Price Down (Sunday, December 24, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (24/12/2023) at 09.42 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 11 commodities increased in price and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include garlic bulbs, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), bulk wheat flour, dry soybean (import), and medium-grain rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, shallots, red chilies, bulk cooking oil, and mackerel decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of broiler chicken increased the most, by Rp3,200 (11.38%) to Rp31,320 per kg. The price of shallots decreased the most, by Rp4,430 (13.16%) to Rp29,240 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 18 food commodities in Aceh according to Bapanas as of December 24, 2023, at 09.42 WIB.
