The daily price of red chilies in traditional markets in Yogyakarta Special Region has decreased by 26.03% over the last month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of red chili peppers in traditional markets in the Yogyakarta Special Region province is recorded at Rp67,500. This price is up Rp1,250 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of red chili peppers in traditional markets has decreased from a previous record of Rp91,250.

Meanwhile, the daily price of red chili peppers in traditional markets in Yogyakarta Special Region over the past three months has increased by 54.29% from the previous price of Rp43,750.

The record high for the daily price of red chili peppers in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in June 2019 with an increase of 68.75%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in April 2021 with a decrease of -41.67%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in Yogyakarta Special Region show two commodities decreased and 15 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Cooking Oil and Branded Cooking Oil 1.
