Today's Food Price List in Central Java: Prices of Chicken, Beef, and Chilies Drop (Sunday, January 14, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Sunday (14/1/2024) at 09.11 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 9 commodities increased and 11 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, skipjack tuna, premium rice, chicken eggs, and iodized fine salt.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as farmer-level corn, dry soybean (import), simple packaged cooking oil, pure beef, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish surged the highest by Rp5,080 (16.54%) to Rp35,800 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of red chili peppers decreased the most by Rp5,720 (12.21%) to Rp41,120 per kg.

8. Chicken Meat: Rp32,990 per kg (down 1.87%)
