Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Beef Prices Up, Chili Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday (5/9/2024) at 14:29 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include premium rice, fine iodized salt, pure beef, simple packaged cooking oil, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, shallots, medium rice, and broiler eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel increased the most, by Rp1,730 (5.3%) to Rp34,400 per kg. The price of curly red chilies decreased the most, by Rp1,120 (2.82%) to Rp38,530 per kg.
