Latest Food Prices in Aceh Region: Fish Up, Chilies Down (Wednesday, December 6, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (6/12/2023) at 08:55 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 8 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, iodized fine salt, shallots, milkfish, and garlic bulbs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, chicken eggs, bulk cooking oil, premium rice, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp4,510 (9.91%), reaching Rp50,000 per kg. Curly red chilies saw the lowest price decrease of Rp2,980 (4.92%), reaching Rp57,630 per kg.

6. Skipjack Tuna: Rp33,440 per kg (up 0.78%)
7. Shallots: Rp31,180 per kg (up 0.13%)
8. Chicken Meat: Rp28,310 per kg (up 2.09%)
9. Chicken Eggs: Rp24,370 per kg (down 1.06%)
