Food Prices in Banten Region Friday (15/8), How Much is Onion?

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (August 15, 2025) at 13:17 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 16 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include mackerel, broiler chicken meat, curly red chili, bulk cooking oil, and broiler chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as dried soybean (imported), corn at farmer level, medium rice, shallots, and frozen buffalo meat (foreign imported) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Large red chili commodity increased the most by Rp1,229 (3.24%) to Rp39,200 per kg. Meanwhile, corn prices at the farmer level decreased the most sharply by Rp1,333 (16.66%) to Rp6,667 per kg.
