Jambi Food Price Update Today: Chili Prices Up, Onion Prices Down (Monday, February 26, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (26/2/2024) at 09.33 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, broiler chicken, curly red chilies, bulk cooking oil, and milkfish.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, medium rice, granulated sugar, shallots, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish prices increased the most by Rp3,480 (13.65%) to Rp28,980 per kg. The price of mackerel decreased the least by Rp1,960 (6.08%) to Rp30,290 per kg.
