Today's Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Sugar, Salt, and Onion Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Tuesday (9/7/2024) at 12:25 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 6 commodities increased in price and 11 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, Indian mackerel, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, medium rice, red chilies, curly red chilies, and packaged wheat flour (non-bulk) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna prices surged the highest by Rp4,520 (13.04%) to Rp39,190 per kg. Curly red chili prices decreased the most by Rp8,620 (17.94%) to Rp39,420 per kg.

5. Curly Red Chilies: Rp39,420 per kg (down 17.94%)
6. Skipjack Tuna: Rp39,190 per kg (up 13.04%)
7. Broiler Chicken: Rp38,620 per kg (up 4.72%)
8. Red Onion: Rp38,260 per kg (down 10.06%)
9. Indian Mackerel: Rp35,330 per kg (up 5.68%)
