How Much is the Village Head's Allowance in DKI Jakarta?

The Governor of Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, encourages millennials to become civil servants (PNS) in the Jakarta Provincial Government. Anies stated that the salaries of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government PNS for fresh graduates are competitive with those in the private sector.

Based on the salary list for the lowest rank, I A, the range is Rp1.56 million – Rp2.23 million per month. For the highest rank, IV E, the range is Rp3.59 million – Rp5.9 million per month. These figures do not include allowances or Performance-Based Additional Income (TPP) based on position, which can reach Rp127 million per month.

Allowances for PNS in sub-district level government units range from Rp25.74 million – Rp27 million per month.

The following are the allowances for PNS at the sub-district level according to Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 64 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Governor Regulation Number 19 of 2020 concerning Performance-Based Additional Income (TPP) for Employees:
