Today's Food Price List in North Maluku: Sugar and Onion Prices Rise (Thursday, April 18, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in North Maluku today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on the national food agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (18/4/2024) at 15.54 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 11 commodities increased and 6 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include iodized fine salt, skipjack tuna, broiler chicken, milkfish, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as pure beef, farmer-level corn, bulk wheat flour, red chili peppers, and curly red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish experienced the highest price increase, up by Rp34,990 (349900.0%) to Rp35,000 per kg. Farmer-level corn had the lowest price decrease, down Rp1,920 (15.95%) to Rp10,120 per kg.
