Bali Food Prices Wednesday (July 31st): Rice, Chili, and Beef Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (31/7/2024) at 09.34 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 13 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, SPHP rice, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), broiler chicken, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk wheat flour, broiler chicken eggs, simple packaged cooking oil, garlic cloves, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of mackerel fish increased the most by Rp3,950 (11.01%) to Rp39,840 per kg. The price of iodized fine salt decreased the most sharply by Rp660 (5.55%) to Rp11,240 per kg.

9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp26,050 per kg (up 0.19%)
