Current Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Salt Up, Oil Down

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Wednesday (24/4/2024) at 15.11 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), red chilies, milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, medium rice, bulk cooking oil, mackerel, and pure beef decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Iodized fine salt experienced the highest price increase of Rp530 (4.51%) to Rp12,280 per kg. Bulk cooking oil had the lowest price decrease of Rp330 (2.09%) to Rp15,490 per liter.
