Latest Food Prices in Bali: Chili Prices Up, Egg Prices Down (Sunday, February 4, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Sunday (4/2/2024) at 10:25 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 12 commodities increased in price and 8 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include wheat flour (bulk), simple packaged cooking oil, milkfish, shallots, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, fine iodized salt, shallot bulbs, and dry soybean seeds (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most by Rp5,130 (8.91%) to Rp62,680 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of broiler chicken eggs decreased the least by Rp1,280 (4.84%) to Rp25,140 per kg.
