Food Prices Monday (27/10) in DKI Jakarta: Onions Up, Salt Down

Prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today were observed to increase compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (October 27, 2025) at 12:14 PM WIB, out of 21 commodities, 10 increased and 7 decreased.

Commodities with increased prices include red onion, skipjack tuna, premium rice, large red chili, and medium rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as packaged cooking oil, bulk cooking oil, broiler chicken meat, broiler chicken eggs, and milkfish decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Bulb garlic saw the highest increase of Rp2,976 (8.12%) to Rp39,643 per kg. Meanwhile, the price of consumption salt experienced the deepest decrease of Rp461 (3.89%) to Rp11,385 per kg.
