Food Prices Wednesday (November 13th) in Yogyakarta Special Region: Rice, Sugar, and Salt Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (13/11/2024) at 10:13 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are SPHP rice, pure beef, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), garlic cloves, and bulk wheat flour.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, red chilies, chicken meat, red cayenne pepper, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of SPHP rice saw the highest increase, jumping by Rp250 (2.04%) to Rp12,500 per kg. Meanwhile, shallots experienced the largest price drop, decreasing by Rp2,420 (7.0%) to Rp32,160 per kg.
