Food Prices in Yogyakarta Special Region, Wednesday (30/10): What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta Special Region today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (30/10/2024) at 13:31 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 10 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include mackerel, milkfish, bulk cooking oil, granulated sugar, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, garlic bulbs, red chilies, simple packaged cooking oil, and SPHP rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most by Rp740 (2.09%) to Rp36,070 per kg. Meanwhile, shallot prices decreased the most by Rp1,480 (5.3%) to Rp26,470 per kg.
