Food Prices Today (03/12) in Banten: Bird's Eye Chili Up, Chicken Meat Down

The prices of several food items in Banten today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Necessity Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Wednesday (3/12/2025) at 13.25 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 4 commodities decreased.

The commodities with increased prices are red bird's eye chili, premium rice, and red onion.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as broiler chicken meat, bulk granulated sugar, Minyakita cooking oil, and Honan garlic decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chili saw the highest price increase of Rp4,000 (5.22%) to Rp80,667 per kg. Broiler chicken meat prices decreased the most by Rp533 (1.37%) to Rp38,400 per kg.
