Today's Food Prices in Jambi: Prices of Beef, Carabao Meat, and Salt Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Jambi today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Friday (4/4/2025) at 12:17 WIB, out of 25 commodities, 13 commodities increased and 12 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include pure beef, fresh buffalo meat (local), packaged wheat flour, medium rice, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as large red chilies, bulk cooking oil, garlic bulbs, broiler chicken meat, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The commodity with the highest price increase was livestock-level corn, up by Rp6,833 (inf%) to Rp6,833 per kg. The largest price decrease was for large red chilies, down Rp30,000 (37.5%) to Rp50,000 per kg.
