Latest Jambi Region Food Prices: Chicken Prices Up, Chili Prices Down (Monday, April 15, 2024)

The price of several food commodities in Jambi today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Monday (15/4/2024) at 12:38 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 9 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include broiler chicken, simple packaged cooking oil, premium rice, bulk wheat flour, and skipjack tuna.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, chicken eggs, pure beef, red chilies, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna experienced the highest price increase of Rp13,400 (89.21%) to Rp28,420 per kg. Red chilies saw the lowest price decrease of Rp15,770 (21.19%) to Rp58,650 per kg.
