Red Chili Prices in Traditional Markets for the Period April 2025-2026

According to the latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel, the daily red chili price in traditional markets of Aceh province is recorded at Rp53.4 thousand. This price decreased by Rp4,100 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the past month, the daily red chili price in traditional markets has increased from the previously recorded Rp43 thousand.

Meanwhile, in the past three months, the daily red chili price in Aceh's traditional markets has increased by 112.75% from the previously recorded Rp25.1 thousand.

The record increase in daily red chili prices in traditional markets of this province was previously recorded in July 2021 with a 52.73% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in July 2021 with a -38.52% decrease.

According to the PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine staple foods in Aceh today show that four commodities have decreased and 20 others have increased. The staple foods with price decreases are Daily Bird's Eye Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Green Bird's Eye Chili in Traditional Markets by Province, Daily Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province, and Daily Fresh Layer Chicken Eggs in Traditional Markets by Province.

6. Daily Bird's Eye Chili per Kg in Traditional Markets by Province Rp44.75 thousand (down 28.29%)
7. Daily Green Bird's Eye Chili per Kg in Traditional Markets by Province Rp44.75 thousand (down 28.29%)
8. Daily Cooking Oil per Kg in Traditional Markets by Province Rp21.15 thousand (up 1.2%)
