Food Prices in Central Java, Wednesday (December 4th): What's the Price of Beef?

The prices of several food commodities in Central Java today are observed to be lower compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Wednesday (4/12/2024) at 12:19 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 4 commodities increased in price and 16 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, red chilies, bulk wheat flour, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, granulated sugar, milkfish, SPHP rice, and dry soybean (import) decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Shallots experienced the highest price increase of Rp320 (0.88%) to Rp36,740 per kg. Meanwhile, iodized fine salt saw the sharpest price decrease of Rp210 (1.9%) to Rp10,860 per kg.
