Latest Food Prices in DKI Jakarta: Chili Prices Up, Salt Prices Down

The prices of several food commodities in DKI Jakarta today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (1/12/2024) at 17:52 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 4 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are wheat flour (bulk), red chilies, shallots, and broiler chicken.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as mackerel, medium rice, pure beef, milkfish, and iodized fine salt decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of wheat flour (bulk) increased the most by Rp330 (3.1%) to Rp10,970 per kg. The price of iodized fine salt decreased the most sharply by Rp110 (0.92%) to Rp11,840 per kg.
