The average daily price of medium-sized shallots at traditional markets in West Kalimantan Province has decreased by 23.21% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in West Kalimantan Province is recorded at Rp32,250. This price is down Rp1,750 compared to the previous day.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets has decreased from the previously recorded Rp42,000.

Meanwhile, the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in West Kalimantan over the past three months has increased by 5.56% from the previous price of Rp30,550.

The record high for the daily price of medium-sized shallots in traditional markets in this province was previously recorded in April 2020 with an increase of 21.79%, and the lowest decrease was recorded in July 2024 with a decrease of -12.09%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) today in West Kalimantan show three commodities decreased and 12 others increased. The basic commodities with price decreases are Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2, Chicken Meat, and Fresh Broiler Chicken.
