Today's Food Prices (04/12) in Banten: Bird's Eye Chili Up, Onions Down

Prices of several food commodities in Banten today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the Ministry of Trade's Staple Food Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Thursday (Dec 4, 2025) at 13:25 PM WIB, out of 16 commodities, 3 commodities increased and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases were shallots, red bird's eye chili, and broiler eggs.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as large red chili, premium rice, broiler chicken meat, curly red chili, and Honan garlic decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red bird's eye chili saw the highest jump of Rp4,333 (5.37%) to Rp85,000 per kg. Meanwhile, Honan garlic prices fell the sharpest by Rp1,000 (3.02%) to Rp32,067 per kg.

8. Broiler Eggs: Rp29,300 per kg (up 0.69%)
9. Premium Packaged Palm Cooking Oil: Rp20,467 per liter (unchanged)
