Latest Food Prices in Banten: Prices of Onions, Rice, and Chicken Down

The prices of several food commodities in Banten today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Friday (17/01/2025) at 09.36 WIB, out of 23 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 16 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are packaged cooking oil, granulated sugar, shallots, bulk wheat flour, and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, red chilies, milkfish, large red chilies, and shallots have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of livestock-level corn increased the most by Rp1,119 (16.67%) to Rp7,833 per kg. The price of milkfish decreased the most sharply by Rp4,894 (13.7%) to Rp30,833 per kg.
