“These conditions are linked to global dynamics such as geopolitical uncertainty, disruptions in goods distribution, and accelerating digitalization, which are pushing businesses to adapt more quickly,” Kadin Indonesia added.

The survey involved 210 Kadin members across 27 provinces in Indonesia. Respondents were selected using a random sampling method. Data collection was conducted between March 17 and April 5, 2026, through online channels, including WhatsApp and survey forms.
