The results of Bank Indonesia (BI)'s survey show that the Job Availability Index (IKLK) score reached 106.5 points in December 2025.

This figure falls into the optimistic zone, as it scored more than 100 points. Conversely, conditions are considered pessimistic if the index score is below 100 points.

The December score also strengthened from 103.7 points in November 2025, marking its fifth increase since the beginning of 2025.

BI also analyzed the IKLK based on education level. All education groups experienced an increase in scores and were in the optimistic zone, a positive situation compared to previous months.

The highest scores were recorded by the undergraduate and postgraduate groups, with index scores of 117 and 117.1 respectively.

Meanwhile, based on age group, the IKLK increased and was in the optimistic zone for the 20-30 year old group (111 points), 31-40 year old group (109), and 41-50 year old group (105.8). The remaining group, the elderly, was in the pessimistic zone.

The IKLK is a constituent part of the Current Economic Condition Index (IKE), which scored 111.4 points in December 2025. The IKE itself is a main component of the Consumer Confidence Index (IKK), which obtained 123.5 points in December 2025.
