The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) reported that the realization of regional transfers (TKD) from the State Budget (APBN) reached Rp571.5 trillion until August 2025.

This figure grew by 1.7% year-on-year (yoy) from the same period last year, which amounted to Rp562.1 trillion. The disbursement in August 2025 also covers 62.1% of this year's APBN allocation.

Although the value of transfers has grown, Deputy Minister of Finance, Suahasil Nazara, noted that regional spending through the APBD is still contracting by 14.1%.

He detailed that personnel spending until the end of August 2025 amounted to Rp281 trillion (-1.5%); goods and services spending Rp170.1 trillion (-10.6%); capital spending Rp44.9 trillion (-32.6%); and other spending Rp128.4 trillion (-30.7%).
