PKH Beneficiaries, from Pregnant Mothers to Victims of Human Rights Violations

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social assistance program provided by the Indonesian government to poor and vulnerable families.

This assistance is provided in the form of cash transfers to eligible individuals registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS), which has now been changed to the National Single Socioeconomic Data (DTSEN).

PKH disbursement is carried out gradually throughout the year through designated banks/post offices, usually disbursed every three months.

According to the Ministry of Social Affairs, there are 8 categories of PKH recipients with varying amounts of assistance. The details are as follows:

1. Pregnant Women: Rp 3,000,000/year (Rp 750,000/3 months)

2. Children aged 0-6 years: Rp 3,000,000/year (Rp 750,000/3 months)

3. Elementary School Children: Rp 900,000/year (Rp 225,000/3 months)

4. Junior High School Children: Rp 1,500,000/year (Rp 375,000/3 months)

5. Senior High School Children: Rp 2,000,000/year (Rp 500,000/3 months)

6. Severely Disabled Individuals: Rp 2,400,000/year (Rp 600,000/3 months)

7. Elderly Individuals aged 60 and above: Rp 2,400,000/year (Rp 600,000/3 months)

8. Victims of serious human rights violations: Rp 10,800,000/year (Rp 2,700,000/3 months)

In the 2025 State Budget (APBN), the target number of PKH recipients this year is 10 million families.
