Bali Food Prices Monday (21/10): Onion, Rice, and Beef Prices Increase

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (21/10/2024) at 13.06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 4 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are mackerel, shallots, bulk wheat flour, dry soybean (import), and pure beef.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, bulk cooking oil, garlic bulbs, and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp630 (1.73%) to Rp37,140 per kg. Bulk cooking oil saw the sharpest price drop of Rp900 (5.42%) to Rp15,700 per liter.
