The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) reported that the realization of pension benefits in non-ministry/agency (nonK/L) spending reached Rp149.2 trillion in 2024.

This figure grew by 16.8% year-on-year (yoy) from Rp127.7 trillion in 2023.

Pension benefits consist of regular programs and 13th-month salary and pension (THR).

The regular program amounted to Rp126.5 trillion in 2024, increasing by 16% (yoy) from Rp109.1 trillion in 2023.

This regular program also comprises two programs: Taspen and Asabri. Taspen disbursement reached Rp110.9 trillion in 2024, a 16.1% (yoy) increase from Rp95.5 trillion in 2023.

Asabri also experienced an increase. Its realization amounted to Rp15.6 trillion in 2024, up 15.2% (yoy) from Rp13.6 trillion in 2023.

Meanwhile, other pension benefits, namely THR and the 13th-month pension, totaled Rp22.7 trillion. This is a 21.4% (yoy) increase from the previous Rp18.7 trillion.
